Dan de locatie.
Er zijn vele opties en verschillende prijskaartjes: aan zee is uiteraard duurder dan verder er vanaf. Wil je in een levendig deel wonen met drukte op straat of geef je meer om rust en ruimte? Moet er een speeltuin voor kinderen vlakbij zijn? Restaurants misschien of een sportschool?
Of wil je liever omringd zijn door sinaasappelbomen en frisse lucht?
En hoe zie je je droomhuis voor je met betrekking tot faciliteiten?
Wil je een huis op een complex waar veel te doen is? Met binnen- en buiten zwembad, sauna, fitness, Turks bad? Of is het genoeg om een bruikbaar zwembad te hebben op het terrein?
Vraag je verder eens af
of je een heel nieuw huis wil, één die misschien zelfs nog in aanbouw is. Of mag het ook re-sale zijn?
Geef je er de voorkeur aan dat de woning geheel gemeubileerd is of wil je de inrichting zelf in de hand nemen? Hou je van een appartement op de hogere verdiepingen of liever zo laag mogelijk?
